Goomzee empowers real estate agents to connect with today's mobile real estate consumers using cell phone technology and helps convert more leads into sales.  The company’s product offerings include Realty Connect, a text-message advertising and call capture tool and Realty Mobile, a mobile MLS and branded mobile IDX solution. Goomzee’s products seamlessly integrate with MLS property listing databases to provide accurate, relevant information for the real estate professional and their clients, preventing extra work for the agent while fostering potential buyer and client relationships.

Job Description
As a product specialist with Goomzee, your primary job responsibility is to encourage basic account holders to log into their account and set up their first campaigns. We have found that once an agent logs in and begins to use their account, that the product really sells itself. As each of our markets vary, your approach will vary as well. Some markets are very tech savvy and ready to get started as soon as we roll out, however the majority of the markets and account holders are not quite there yet. That is where you come in. You will be calling individual account holders to encourage him or her to login and set up their campaigns, that’s it! THERE IS NO SALES PITCH! You are simply making a courtesy call to help them get set up with their free account!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist real estate agents with online account login and setup.
  • Cold call real estate agents to schedule time to get started using the product.
  • Answer support calls and help customers use the product or escalate technical issues to support staff.
  • Demonstrate product using online screen sharing software.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be a self starter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work on projects independently.
  • Ability to be flexible in an atmosphere of change.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving skills, while paying attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; business English, spelling, grammar and composition.
  • Operation of personal computers and related word processing, spreadsheet, and online software (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the ability to learn new programs.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 plus years customer service and or sales experience 
  • Experience with computers, email, Internet and cell phones (text messaging)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education degree preferred
  • Wireless industry knowledge/experience
  • Real estate industry knowledge/experience
  • CRM experience
