When can I start promoting my listings?
Our team verifies your account and activates it typically within an hour of receiving your online order during normal business hours. If you order after our business hours, your account will be set up immediately the next business day. Once you log into your account, you will be able to immediately assign codes to your listings and promote them.
What if I need help getting started?
We pride ourselves on our industry-leading customer service. Our team will apply your branding, assign codes to your listings, and even send you a test request. Simply call 406-542-9955 during business hours to speak with one of our dedicated support staff, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you.
How do I get sign riders to promote my listings?
Once your codes are assigned, you can order your signs from any supplier you choose. We do have a preferred supplier that other clients highly recommend who already has our templates on file. We can provide you with a template for your suppliers when you log into your account. You can also include your codes in other marketing so be creative.
Do I have to manually input the listing information?
No, for property management plans we have an import wizard and template spreadsheet file. Our team will help you during setup import your inventory and whenever you have a vacancy, you can assign a code/sign in a few clicks. The only thing you will need to upload are photos but you simply choose photos from your computer and click "Upload".
What if I need more property codes?
Each plan is designed to allow enough codes for average vacancy rates based on reports from our customers nationwide. If you need additional property codes, please contact our support team to discuss custom plan options to meet your specific needs. Please note that additional fees may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time by contacting support. If you do choose to cancel your account you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Given our investment up front, including signs, refunds can not be issued after your initial order and we don't prorate for partial months.
